The rule I will talk about is "know who you are communicating with". You need to know who you talking to on the internet like on skype, yahoo, social network. The consequence of breaking this rule is that you will be bully on the internet, some case you give them your home adress and phone number they can go into your house and harm you.

My ICT Target
Hello my name is Jack, I’m a student in AIS. I’m 8th grade this year. I like to play sport espeacially dodgeball. My target this year is to be good at graphic design in ICT because I want to design poster, picture and other stuff. I can design some but it not look good and I want to make that skill better.
